• Please allow three (3) working days' advance notice for order processing.
• Full payment is required at the time of order.
• No amendments, refunds or cancellations are allowed after payment.
  

Delivery Fees:

• $18 for orders $80 & above
• $25 for orders below $80
  

Once delivery is confirmed, no amendments or cancellations are allowed. Any changes will incur a $15 fee.

Self-Collection & Delivery Time Slots:

• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Customers are required present their email receipt when collecting their order.
Specific timing requests are not available.

Han’s reserves the right to replace any item with another of equivalent value, subject to availability.
